Account Registration

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Subscription and Payment

Billing

  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the vectors you create using SVG Genie. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the service
  • Use anonymized data to improve our AI models (unless opted out)
  • Display your public creations in galleries or marketing (if you opt in)

Commercial Use License

Paid subscribers receive a commercial use license for all generated vectors. Free tier users may use their creations for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

SVG Genie Platform

The SVG Genie platform, including our AI models, interface, and branding, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
  • Use our platform to build a competing service
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SVG Genie to:

  • Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Distribute malware or malicious code
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures

AI-Generated Content

No Guarantees

While our AI strives for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that generated vectors will be error-free, suitable for your specific purpose, or unique.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing AI-generated content before use
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
  • Verifying that content doesn't infringe third-party rights
  • Obtaining necessary permissions or licenses

Disclaimers

SVG Genie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy or reliability of content
  • Security of data transmission or storage

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVG Genie shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the fees paid in the last 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SVG Genie from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SVG Genie at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the service immediately ceases
  • You may download your content within 30 days
  • We may delete your data after the grace period
  • All provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
