Desktop License Agreement
This agreement covers SVG Genie Desktop, the offline image-to-SVG app for Mac and Windows. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. By installing or activating the app, you agree to these terms.

License Grant
When you purchase SVG Genie Desktop, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app. Your license includes:
Devices & Activation
Up to 3 Computers
A single license key activates on up to 3 computers at the same time. You can mix platforms freely — for example, your Mac laptop and your Windows desktop both count toward your 3 activations.
How Activation Works
When you enter your license key, the app registers an anonymous device identifier for that computer. We use this only to enforce the device limit. We do not collect the contents of your files — image conversion happens entirely on your machine.
Changing Computers
Replacing a machine or reinstalling your OS? If you reach the 3-device limit, just email support and we'll reset an old device so you can activate the new one. There's no charge for this.
Trials
We may offer a time-limited free trial of SVG Genie Desktop. Trial activations are subject to the same device and acceptable-use terms as a paid license, and access ends automatically when the trial period expires unless you purchase a license.
License Restrictions
The app and your license key are licensed, not sold. You agree not to:

Your Files & Privacy
You Own Your Output
You retain all rights to the images you convert and the SVG files you export. You may use them for any personal or commercial purpose.
100% Local Processing
Image conversion runs entirely on your computer. Your files never leave your machine and are never uploaded to us. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Updates & Bundles
Lifetime updates are included with every license — new presets, formats, and features arrive at no extra cost. SVG Genie Desktop is also included free with the Agency Annual plan; bundled access remains active for as long as that plan is active.
Refunds
SVG Genie Desktop is a digital download, so all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to try the free web version first to confirm the conversion quality fits your needs before you buy. If you ever hit an install or activation problem, email us — we'll always help you get the app working on your computers.
Warranty & Liability
SVG Genie Desktop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Conversion results depend on your source images and we do not guarantee a perfect vector from every file.
